Where To Go First
Prioritize Churches and Tunnels
The best key location to prioritize at the start of a run is the Church, simply due to the increased Flask charges it provides. This is highly important since Crimson Flasks are the main way to heal yourself.
Additionally, Tunnels are quick and easy underground mines that can upgrade your weapon to a higher rarity for more damage. Make sure to head straight to the Giant boss inside and defeat it for a high chance to obtain a Smithing Stone 2 to upgrade your Uncommon armaments to Rare.
Keep in mind that their locations spawn randomly throughout the map so try to locate them and plan out your route first.

This leveling route is based on which key locations give the highest Runes to help you level up faster and be prepared for taking on the Nightlord. We recommend prioritizing Great Churches as they reward you with large amounts of Runes from mobs and Bosses while also providing good loot for your team. On the other hand, only go to the Castle on Day 2 as they contain difficult enemies inside that can either make or break your run.
Do note that we suggest prioritizing this route on Day 2 since the majority of these locations contain difficult Bosses that are much easier to fight once you have leveled up a bit.

This route is based on how fast you can clear each key location to obtain all the items and equipment it has to offer. Ruins are the quickest key locations to clear since they are small but contain a Boss and underground chambers for good loot, while it is best to save the Castle for last as this has difficult enemies that can easily destroy your run.
Keep in mind that you should prioritize obtaining weapons that have the Nightlord's weakness affinity as this will help you complete your runs much better.
