How To Get Murk

This is a guide to getting Murk, a currency used to purchase Relics in Elden Ring Nightreign. Learn how to get Murks in the game and the best way to spend Murks.

How to Get Murk

Obtained After Expeditions

Murk Reward

You will automatically obtain Murk after completing a single session after journeying to Limveld. You won't visually see the Murks you would get in the game and will only be able to see them once the game has concluded.

What to Do on Days 1 and 2

Obtain More Murks For More Days Survived

The longer you are able to stay alive in that single session, the more Murks you'll obtain. Be sure to try and survive the night and defeat the bosses you encounter and potentially, best the Night Lord as well!

Purchase Scenic Flatstone Relics

Purchase Relics

Last and the main thing you'll spend your Murk on are Relics. Relics are permanent equipment you can equip your Nightfarers before heading into Limveld. Unlike the gear you pick up in Limveld, Relics are permanent. Relics are not weapons you can directly wield in combat, instead, they provide passive bonuses that your Nightfarers can use while journeying in Limveld.

Should You Buy Scenic Flatstones?

Acquire New Goblets

Goblet
Each Nightfarer has their own goblets and cups which allows them to equip relics. Each Nightfarer cup will have its respective relic type slots and purchasing new cups will allow you to get new relic slot combinations.

Take note however, that you'll only be able to unlock new goblets for purchase after defeating Gladius.

Purchase Cosmetics

Unlockable Cosmetics

Cosmetics are one of the main collectibles you'll want to get with Murk. While these cosmetics do not affect your gameplay, you'll only need to purchase the cosmetics and it will improve your collection. It will also allow you to journey through Limveld in style.

Unlock Gestures

Gestures can also be purchased from the shop. These are another set of cosmetics you can use to communicate with players you co-op within Nightreign.
