Buying Scenic Flatstones

Scenic Flatstone

Scenic Flatstones cost 600 Murk and can be purchased from the Small Jar Bazaar. Buying scenic flatstones is the best way to farm Relics due to the chance of obtaining a high rarity Relic. However, since Scenic Flatstones give random Relics, this may also result in pulling a low tier Relic.

You can sell useless Relics by accessing Relic Rites. Selling these will net you Murk which you can then use to buy more Scenic Flatstones.

Completing Runs is arguably the second best method of obtaining Relics. While it is free, it is difficult to reliably complete a successful run. Always aim to go as far as possible to get better Relics and increase the amount of Murk received!

What to Do First on Days 1 and 2

Ending Runs Abruptly

Attack Teammates to Revive Them.png

You can still obtain Relics after a run ends abruptly due to death. However, the Relics you will receive will be of a lower quality.

Purchasing Fixed Relics

Grand Burning Scene

While this is not the best way to get Relics, some Relics that you will unlock in the shop will offer good effects. An example would be a Grand Burning Scene Relic that gives you a Stonesword Key at the start of an expedition.

Note that the specific Relic mentioned can only be unlocked after defeating the final boss Night Aspect.

How to Get Unique Relics

Defeat Nightlords for Boss Relics

Nightlord Relic Drop

Each Nightlord has a unique Relic that you’re guaranteed to receive upon their defeat and completing their run. Nightlord Relics have fixed effects and offer powerful buffs that greatly enhance your Nightfarer’s capabilities.

Note that the unique Relic rewarded for beating a Nightlord only drops on the first clear and cannot be received as a reward again.

Complete Nightfarer Remembrance Quests

Torn Braided Cord

Every Nightfarer has Remembrances in the Roundtable Hold journal, which are unique side quests that grant class-specific Relics. These Relics provide the best buffs as these often affect the effectivity of character skills.
