Wylder and Ironeye are the best class to use in Elden Ring Nightreign.
Wylder's mobility with Claw Shot and survivability with Sixth Sense gives him an edge on the battlefield, while his Onslaught Stake's ability to stagger even bosses is indispensable in any fight.
Ironeye's Eagle Eye and Marking both provide excellent utility to the team, with Eagle Eye increasing item drops for the team and Marking increasing the damage enemies take. Additionally, his Ultimate Art Single Shot can deal big damage to enemies, stagger even bosses, and help revive downed teammates when hit.

Wylder is in S Tier for a variety of reasons. He has increased mobility thanks to Claw Shot, which doubles as a form of crowd control against smaller enemies. His Sixth Sense is helpful in a bind, and his Onslaught Stake can easily deal damage and stagger even the largest of enemies.
Wylder Best Build, Weapons, and Relics

Ironeye is an S Tier with his potent and useful abilities that lean towards party support which passively increases the quality of the run for each player.
His Character Skill, Marking, increases the damage output of members hitting marked targets. His Ultimate Ability, Single Shot, is a Piercing attack that deals massive damage to targets in its line of fire, and can even stagger bosses. He can also revive members from range which helps members get back up quickly.
The class however, requires critical awareness of when to engage and disengage, especially against bosses and tight corridors as the Ironeye is very squishy and easy to take down if there are no other classes willing to frontline and defend him.
Ironeye Best Build, Weapons, and Relics

Raider is an A Tier class thanks to his ability to be a tank for team while also dealing a decent amount of damage. Although Guardian can also be a tank, Raider's damage output puts him above. His Character Skill Retaliate, alongside his Passive Ability Fighter's Resolve, both revolve around returning the damage that Raider received.
Additionally, his Ultimate Art, Totem Stela, deals damage to enemies and provides damage buffs to allies while also serving as a safe platform. It can also remove one bar from an ally's Near-Death Gauge when used near a downed ally.
The downside of the Raider, however, is that if you mistime or miss your Retaliate, you would have taken damage for nothing.
Raider Best Build, Weapons, and Relics

Executor is in A Tier thanks to his strong affinity to status effects like Blood Loss, which can deal big damage even against bosses. Additionally, his Ultimate Ability lets him stagger small enemies, revive allies, and fully heal him in tight situations.
He also has a strong skill in the form of Cursed Sword/Suncatcher. However, to maximize the damage of Cursed Sword/Suncatcher's special skill, you will need to parry multiple attacks in order to activate the sword and execute a strong Holy dash attack. Parrying attacks using his Cursed Sword/Suncatcher skill requires practice and time to master, and may be difficult for beginners.
Although mastering the Executor may take some time, his damage output with Blood Loss procs as well as the utility of his Ultimate Ability make this character extremely powerful in late-game situations.
Executor Best Build, Weapons, and Relics

Duchess is a B Tier class as although she has high damage output and great survivability, you will need practice, situational awareness, and a coordinated team to take advantage of it.
Her damage output primarily comes from her Character Skill Restage, which reapplies all damage an enemy received during the past few seconds. When used correctly, Restage can easily remove huge chunks of an enemy's HP.
Additionally, her Passive Ability Magnificent Poise and her Ultimate Art Finale gives her great survivability as Magnificent Poise lets her dodge quickly and more often, while Finale's ability to make her entire team invisible is useful in a variety of situations.
The downside, as mentioned above, is that if you do not play perfectly, you can easily be taken down thanks to your small HP pool.
Duchess Best Build, Weapons, and Relics

Guardian is in B Tier as although he has strong defensive capabilities that can protect both himself and his team, his damage output can be lacking, even when compared to his fellow tank Raider.
His Passive Ability, Steel Guard, lets you block even the strongest enemy attacks, allowing you to tank and pull aggro from your party. His Ultimate Art, Wings of Salvation can instantly revive downed teammates and prevent any damage inside his aura as long as he keeps it up.
Although his Character Skill, Whirlwind is strong when farming smaller enemies, its effects are basically nullified against larger enemies. As such, it is better for Guardian to focus on defense while letting his teammates deal most of the damage.
Guardian Best Build, Weapons, and Relics

The Recluse is a great class thanks to her great team utility with Magic Cocktail. With her skill can create effects that benefit the team, such as healing or infinite FP, and can even deal AOE and burst damage with powerful spells. Her Ultimate, Soulblood Song, also increases the damage inflicted by your teammates against enemies.
Her ability to provide group utility, however, is dependent on both the staves and seals you can potentially get through the run, as well as the elements your teammates get. She also struggles in reviving downed allies due to how slow her spells are. This is the reason why Recluse is in B Tier.
The micromanaging aspect of her skills also makes her a challenging character for beginners, but she shines in organized runs and can provide some much needed utlity or burst to the team.
Recluse Best Build, Weapons, and Relics

Revenant is in C Tier thanks to the fact that although her summons are strong, and her Ultimate Art can turn the tide in a battle, she is still a mage and can easily be taken down if enemies go past her summons. Her Necromancy Passive Ability is great in getting additional summons, but its reliability goes down thanks to it being based on chance.
To properly utilize Revenant, you will need to learn proper spacing and get the best weapons, as well as have a team that can serve as the frontline, preventing enemy attacks from reaching you.
Revenant Best Build, Weapons, and Relics
Unrated classes will receive their ratings once testing has been done to see their damage output and impact to their team.
