What are Colossal Weapons?

Preference of Raider

Colossal Weapons are one of the preferred weapons of Raider, making it an ideal weapon when playing as Raider. Use Colossal Weapons when using Raider as a frontline tank, utilizing their high stagger and posture damage to set up enemies for critical hits from your teammates.

Weapons Favored by Nightfarers with High Strength Scaling

Colossal Weapons get high Strength scaling, making them perfect weapons for Nightfarers with a high Strength stat.

In Nightreign, weapons don't have stat requirements. Unlike in the original game, all Nightfarers will be able to use all weapons found during a match.

Heavy Strikes with High Stagger and Posture Damage

Each swing of a Colossal Weapon is slow but hits with massive damage and high stagger. The impact often staggers even larger enemies and can interrupt attacks frequently. These also have excellent posture damage, breaking down enemies to open them up for huge critical hits.

How to Get Colossal Weapons

Colossal Weapons are Found Randomly

Colossal Weapons are part of Nightreign's randomized loot pool (which varies per match). During a run, they can be dropped by enemies, found as loot in chests within POIs, or claimed as rewards from defeated bosses.
