What are Torches?

Weapons Favored by Nightfarers with High Strength and Dexterity Scaling

Torches have high Strength and Dexterity scaling, making them best suited for Nightfarers who prioritize either or both stats.

In Nightreign, weapons don't have stat requirements. Unlike in the original game, all Nightfarers will be able to use all weapons found during a match.

Best for Strike Damage

Torches generally deal Strike Damage and have high Strength and Dexterity scaling, giving them a niche over other weapons.

They are effective against certain enemies due to their Strike Damage property and can be used to great effect when expecting to face enemies weak to Strike Damage.

How to Get Torches

Torches are Found Randomly

Torches are part of Nightreign's randomized loot pool (which varies per match). During a run, they can be dropped by enemies, found as loot in chests within POIs, or claimed as rewards from defeated bosses.
