What are Halberds?

Preference of Guardian

Halberds are one of the preferred weapons of Guardian, making it an ideal weapon when playing as Guardian. Use Halberds when preferring a more generalized build with moderate reach.

Weapons Favored by Nightfarers with High Strength and Dexterity Scaling

Halberds have great Strength and Dexterity scaling, making them best suited for Nightfarers who prioritize either stat.

In Nightreign, weapons don't have stat requirements. Unlike in the original game, all Nightfarers will be able to use all weapons found during a match.

Best for Medium Range Attacks

Halberds mostly perform both thrusting and sweeping attacks, using their moderate range to reach enemies that other close-range weapons could not. These attacks make Halberds versatile and capable of dealing with almost any situation. However, their versatility can lead to the lack of specialties that other weapons may have to deal with specific situations.

How to Get Halberds

Halberds are Found Randomly

Halberds are part of Nightreign's randomized loot pool (which varies per match). During a run, they can be dropped by enemies, found as loot in chests within POIs, or claimed as rewards from defeated bosses.
