What are Heavy Thrusting Swords?
Weapons Favored by Nightfarers with High Strength and Dexterity Scaling
Heavy Thrusting Swords have high Strength and Dexterity scaling making them best suited for Nightfarers who prioritize both stats.
In Nightreign, weapons don't have stat requirements. Unlike in the original game, all Nightfarers will be able to use all weapons found during a match.
Great Single-Target Damage
Heavy Thrusting Swords have high speed and staggering capabilties, but lose out on the superior speed of regular Thrusting Swords.
Heavy Thrusting Swords specialize in dealing piercing damage and can be used simultaneously with Shields, allowing players to attack and defend at the same time.
How to Get Heavy Thrusting Swords
Heavy Thrusting Swords are Found Randomly
Heavy Thrusting Swords are part of Nightreign's randomized loot pool (which varies per match). During a run, they can be dropped by enemies, found as loot in chests within POIs, or claimed as rewards from defeated bosses.
