A solid choice for Physical Damage would be the Harp Bow when not infused. It has a fast attack speed with the Barrage Weapon Skill that it is usually found with. The Harp Bow is found in uncommon (blue) rarity and can be commonly found when looking for bows.

Status Effect buildups are incredibly strong in Nighreign, chipping away at humongous boss health bars. However, some bosses like Gaping Dragon are completely immune to poison, so opt for a different bow when facing against them.
