Elden Ring Nightreign - Raid Events Guide

This is a guide to Raid Events in Elden Ring Nightreign. Learn about Raid Events, the bosses you fight in these Raid Events, and Raid Event rewards.

How to Get Raid Events

Happens Randomly in Expeditions

Raid Events are completely random events, signaled by a notification and environmental cue, that can happen during an expedition. This can range from the appearance of a boss with special mechanics to a lesser version of a Night Lord.

Completing a Raid Event either by fulfilling certain conditions, such as defeating a specific boss, will reward you with a powerful passive that will last the whole expedition.

All Raid Events and Rewards

Raid Event and Details Rewards
Fell Omen Raid
Target: Fell Omen
The Fell Omen will suddenly appear to attack players. Defeat the boss to claim the rewards.
Elden Ring Nightrein - Traces of Grace-Giving Lord size:60x60Traces of Grace-Giving Lord
Increases attack power for each newly-found Site of Grace.
Sentient Pest Raid
Target: Sentient Pest (Gnoster) (Moth only)
Environmental lighting will slightly darken accompanied by a purplish hue. Locust explosions will trigger near the player, stealing their runes when hit and reducing their level.
Find and defeat the Sentient Pest by looking for locusts and a blue glow (checking the sky for locust flight directions can help).
Elden Ring Nightrein - Integration of IntelligenceIntegration of Intelligence
Attacking enemies can sometimes grant you a great amount of runes.
Augur Raid
Target: Augur (Maris)
A gigantic, space-like sphere will suddenly teleport into the map, signalling the arrival of Augur. Enter the sphere to fight and defeat a lesser version of Augur.
Elden Ring Nightrein - Undying FateUndying Fate
Allows you to also recover FP when using a Flask.
Equilibrious Beast Raid
Target: Demon Merchant (Libra) (Combat is Optional)
Libra will suddenly cast a curse that temporarily reduces the health of all players in an expedition. Locate the merchant (can be checked via a marker on the map), then decide between having 1 player pay 15,000 Runes, not paying altogther, or choose to fight the Equilibrious Beast.
Elden Ring Nightrein - DemonDemon's Plating
Enhances attack power depending on the Runes in your possession.

How to Beat Fell Omen Raid

Fell Omen Raid Event

The Fell Omen Raid is just like every other Night Boss battle, possessing the same movesets. We suggest fighting the Fell Omen normally as you would. If you are near a Site of Grace when the Raid Event happens and have enough runes, we advise you to take advantage of leveling up first.

Defeating this Fell Omen will reward you with runes and the passive Traces of Grace-Giving Lord.

How to Beat Fell Omen

How to Beat Sentient Pest Raid

Raid Event Sentient Pest Moth

The Sentient Pest Raid event is a bit more troublesome compared to the other Raid Events; locust explosions that occur on the field will steal your runes if it hits you and can cause you to drop a level (even down to Level 1).

When this Raid Event happens, you will first need to locate the Sentient Pest (moth only), and then defeat it. Luckily, this boss will be completely stationary and will not fight back, so you should be able to take it down easily.

Defeating this Sentient Pest will reward you with runes, return all of the runes stolen from you by it, and the passive Integration of Intelligence.

How to Beat Sentient Pest

How to Find the Raid Event Sentient Pest

Look to the sky and follow the direction of where the locusts are going.

To locate the Sentient Pest in this Raid Event, your best bet would be to check the direction of the locusts in the air. Follow the locusts, and you should eventually spot a blue, glowing orb. Approach the orb to reveal the Sentient Pest moth.

If you are inside a build or a cave, it's best that you immediately vacate it first as the direction of locusts is hard to trace from inside them.

How to Beat Augur Raid

To locate the Augur Raid, simply head inside for the gigantic sphere that appears in the area. The fight with the Augur won't be much different from the actual Night Lord save for having fewer attack patterns and significantly lesser power, making it easy to beat at a lower level.

Defeating this Augur rewards the Undying Fate passive.

How to Beat Augur

How to Beat Equilibrious Beast Raid

Merchant Location Merchant Appearance

The Equilibrious Beast (Libra) Event Raid is triggered when Libra randomly appears and casts a curse of reduced max HP upon the players. When this happens, a red circle will appear on the map marking its location. Make sure to check the map first since its location can vary per expedition.

Libra will take the form of the Demon Merchant (Scale-Bearing Merchant) once you spot it at the marked location. To cure the curse, you will need to have 1 player pay 35,000 Runes. Once paid, the curse will be lifted. You will then receive the passive Demon's Plating.

You Can Fight the Demon Merchant (Equilibrious Beast)

While defeating the Equilibrious Beast will net you a huge amount of Runes along with the Demon's Plating passive, beating it will not end the curse of reduced max HP and will persist throughout the whole run.

If you choose to fight the Equilibrious Beast, it is recommended to pay the 15,000 Runes first to remove the curse and ensure a smooth fight. Only fight it when your team is confident to beat it!
