Which Nightfarers Can Use Strength Weapons?

Raider and Wylder are Best at Equipping Strength Weapons

Strength Characters

Of the 8 characters available in-game, Raider and Wylder are the ones that benefit the most when equipping Strength-scaling weapons since they each get an S and A stat for STR, respectively. Raider benefits most from Colossals, while Wylder will always prefer using Greatswords over alternate weapon types.

Undertaker Can Also Use Strength Weapons Effectively

Undertaker Stats

Introduced in the Forsaken Hollows DLC, the Undertaker is your next best option if you want to run Strength weapons. She also doubles as a Strength-Faith hybrid, allowing you to use Holy melee weapons effectively compared to both Raider and Wylder.
