Blooming Reverie can only be unlocked once you finish A Study in Snow. Once you finish the latter, you'll be transported back to the train with Changli and the white cat. Talk to the white cat to start Camellya's Dreamscape Odyssey.
A Study in Snow Guide
The Blooming Reverie Dreamscape Odyssey unlocks on November 16, 2024 on your local daily server reset time, and will be available to play onwards.

You will play as Camellya, and you have to go to Rover as soon as you start. The game will also show her location.
Enemies will spawn and you must defeat them before reaching Rover. Keep doing this until you reach the end of Camellya's Dreamscape.
Thankfully, this also means you get to experience Camellya's gameplay firsthand in this event! If you don't have her, make sure to make the most out of it!
Camellya Builds and Best Teams
Once you reach the end, you'll face Rover. Fight her, and you should easily one-shot her.
You will now play as Rover and save Camellya as she gets engulfed by her nightmares. You must defeat the enemies on the way, as you can't run past them. Sadly, you won't be able to save her the first two times, but thankfully Rover never gives up and reaches her by the third time!
You will now have to fight Camellya to bring her back. You deal massive damage to her, but she's fast and agile which could give you a hard time. Thankfully, the event doesn't allow you to fail in this part and will keep you alive with one HP.
After talking to Camellya, you can now leave Somnoire. Doing this should finish Blooming Reverie!
