Head to the Pioneer Association and ask Maqi about "Today's Scenario". She will request for a sample of Mithril. If you are unsure about where to procure this, you can talk to her again and ask for clues on where to obtain it.

Head over to the business district and talk to Fuyan, located a few blocks away from the Souvenir Store, near the bridge. Converse with him and receive a piece of Lampylumen afterwards.

Deliver Mithril to Maqi

Return to the Pioneer Association and deliver the Lampylumen to Maqi in order to complete the Day 6 quest for Second Coming of Solaris.

Give Maqi Any Ore

Wuthering Waves - Second Coming of Solaris Day 6 - Give Maqi Any Ore
You may choose not to obtain a free Lampylumen from Fuyan and instead give any type of ore you currently have in your inventory over to Maqi. Doing this will still complete the Day 6 quest for Second Coming of Solaris.
