How to Unlock Second Coming of Solaris Day 2
Speak With Maqi
Head to the Pioneer Association and ask Maqi about "Today's Scenario". She will request a Sea of Flowers. If you are unsure about where to procure this, you can talk to her again and ask for clues on where to obtain it.
How to Get Sea of Flowers
Talk to Linsu

Head to the business district of Jinzhou City, located within the same place that the Souvenir Store is in. You will find Linsu's shop adjacent to the Souvenir Store, and obtain an Iris from her.
Iris Locations and Farming Guide
Deliver Sea of Flowers to Maqi
Return to the Pioneer Association and deliver the Iris given by Grandma Linsu to Maqi to complete the Day 2 quest for Second Coming of Solaris.
Give Maqi Any Flower
You may choose not to obtain a free Iris from Linsu and instead give any type of flower you currently have in your inventory over to Maqi. Doing this will still complete the Day 2 quest for Second Coming of Solaris.

Mikaya over 1 yearThere seems to be an issue where you can't get the free Iris at all. I've exhausted all options with Linsu and she refused to give any free Iris at all.

Actually, i was mistaken. But it is requires to specifically ask Maqi about where to get a Flower, otherwise Linsu won't have the option to get one. The Guide does not specify that asking Maqi is required to get the option.
