Six Main Acts on Release
It has been confirmed that apart from the first four acts in CBT2, players will be able to enjoy two more for a total of six (6) Acts for Version 1.0!

Companion Quests
It has also been announced that companion quests for three characters will be available on release. Dive into the lore and stories of each of these beloved characters in Version 1.0!

Regions and Locations
During release, players will be able to explore the areas within the Jinzhou territory. According to the official website, the official name of the nation is Huanglong.

Norfall Barrens Unlocked
A previously sealed-off area in the CBT2 called the Norfall Barrens will open for players to explore in Version 1.0. It is described as "a lore-significant area that served as the frontline in the ancient battle against TD outbreaks."
The area lies north of Jinzhou City and has a huge cannon that also serves as its landmark.
New Boss Announced
The Dreamless
The Dreamless is a mysterious entity that descends over the Norfall Barrens and takes the form of a sphere in its dormant form. Over the years, it has accumulated power and now takes the form of a humanoid emeny that the Rover must quell.
Pre-Release Milestone Reached!
The livestream has also confirmed that the pre-registration goal of 30 million has been reached! This means players will be getting the maximum rewards at the start of Wuthering Waves.
In addition to the pre-registration goal, Wuthering Waves has also reached the 5 Million Followers goal so players will also be getting a weapon picker for any of the 4-star Ranger series weapons!

Convene Events for Ver. 1.0 Announced
Beginner Convene Banner
The Utterance of Marvels beginner convene banner that will let you pull for characters at a discounted price will be available on release. The banner is active until you have pulled 50 times or if you have obtained a 5-star character. A 5-star character is also guaranteed within 50 pulls.

Beginner's Choice Convene
After exhausting the Beginner Convene Banner, Utterance of Marvel, a new targeted Convene banner will unlock. This allows players to choose any of the standard 5-star characters to get them within 80 pulls.

For the first half of Version 1.0, players will be able to obtain Jiyan and his signature weapon Verdant Summit in their own featured character and weapon banners running until June 13 (server time)!

Starting right after Jiyan's banner, Yinlin and her signature weapon Stringmaster is obtainable in their own featured character and weapon banners from June 06 to June 26 (server time)!

Permanent Character & Weapon Convenes Announced

The permanent character and weapon convene banners are also announced during the livestream. The permanent character banner will feature all standard 5-star characters and is guaranteed to get any of the characters within 80 pulls.
For the weapon banner, it will work as a targeted convene where players can choose their target standard 5-star weapon to pull for. Their next 5-star pull is guaranteed to be the targeted weapon.

A week-long login event will be live on release! Get Lustrous and Radiant Tides by logging in for a total of 7 days plus get the 4-star Glacio character Sanhua on Day 5!

Awakening Journey
An event tied to your Union Level will also be active on release. Reaching Level 45 will net players the maximum rewards for this event, so keep grinding your Union Levels!

Rumbling Hallows
Rumbling Hallows is an event that will allow players to obtain the 4-star Electro Resonator Yuanwu by completing the Stable and Experiment Zones in the Tower of Adversity!
Depths of Illusive Realms
A rogue-like event that will provide special buffs to characters will also be live on Version 1.0! Obtain a plethora of rewards including Astrites and Phantom Echoes!

Alloy Smelt
A battle event that will reward players with various rewards like Astrite and development materials that will be helpful when starting your journey!
Overdash Club
A parkour-type event that will task players to conquer parkour challenges and soar across Jinzhou for various rewards!
Gameplay Showcase
Mourning Aix
A gameplay showcase for Mourning Aix is also shown in the livestream. The enemy boasts sweeping fast attacks so proper timing with evasion is of utmost importance!
Tempest Mephis
Another enemy that was fought in the livestream is the Tempest Mephis. This particular enemy wields the power of Electro and can blink around the battlefield to confuse players! It can definitely pose a challenge for players in the early game!
