How to Get Heart of Chornobyl Artifact
Obtain from Strelok in Ward, Spark, or Kaymanov Endings
The Heart of Chornobyl is a one of a kind artifact that can only be obtained by killing Strelok during the Ward, Spark, or Kaymanov ending routes. However, only the Kaymanov ending will actually use the artifact for its ending sequence.
Do note that the Heart of Chornobyl cannot be used in a regular playthrough since it has no effect and it cannot be equipped like a regular artifact.
