there’s a typo in the description of the bear detector, it says “first-generator” instead of “first-generation”
If you craft a Level 5 Steam Badge you get an Icon with a Purple Screened Bear Detector called "The Eye".
A hilka detector can be stolen from one of the stashes in the side mission "Budmo!," received from the drunks at Slag Heap. However they request you do not take anything from the stashes and only place the vodka, I do not know the result of theft during the mission as I did not indulge.
A free hilka detector can be found in the zaton region, I found it during a side quest you get from sultan in the sultansk base, its in the cargo ship on the same table with the quest item.
