Default Ash of War for the Anvil Hammer

The Anvil Hammer can be picked up from the forge in Ruined Forge Lava Intake. Head south from the Castle Front Site of Grace to reach the forge. Hug the left wall until you arrive at an open area with a ledge. Drop down and head up the rubble and hop onto the ledge at the end. Turn right, climb down the ladder and pull the lever in the next room. Climb the column you just lowered and near the end to your right is a forge where you can pick up the Anvil Hammer along with an Ancient Dragon SMithing Stone.
