Moonrithyll's Knight Sword is obtained by defeating Moonrithyll, Carian Knight at the chapel in Castle Ensis. From the Castle Front Site of Grace, head south and drop down the hole, then follow the linear path up the waterfall. Climb the ladder and turn left up the staircase when you reach the branching path. Proceed straight this path until you reach the chapel.
