Default Ash of War for the Sword Lance

The Sword Lance can be obtained by beating Commander Gaius and obtaining the Remembrance of the Wild Boar Rider. You can then turn in the Remembrance to Enia at the Roundtable Hold to get Sword Lance where you can remove the Ash of War: Spinning Gravity Thrust and use on other weapons.
