Obtained From Dryleaf Dane After Beating Him in a Duel

Dryleaf Arts is rewarded by Dryleaf Dane after you win a duel against him. To initiate the duel, use the May the Best Win gesture in front of him at Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus. You can then pick up the weapon nearby after the fight.
