Dropped by a Scarab Near the Guardian's Garrison
Dropped by a Scarab hanging on one of the dead trees just outside the Guardian's Garrison in the Mountaintop of the Giants. It'll be easier to spot and kill if you use a ranged attack or spell.

Default Ash of War for the Prelate's Inferno Crozier
Prelate's Charge is also the default Ash of War of the Prelate's Inferno Crozier. This weapon is dropped by the large Fire Prelate that guards the courtyard of Fort Laiedd in Mt. Gelmir.

How to Use Prelate's Charge
Used to Charge Enemies While Dealing Fire Damage
Prelate's Charge, true to its name, has you charge at enemies, dealing and leaving a trail of fire in your wake when cast. It can be used when fighting against multiple enemies or as a method of stunlocking humanoid enemies caught by the charge.
