Dropped by a Teardrop Scarab in the poison swamp found at the south of Liurnia. From the Folly on the Lake site of grace, ride south by south east until you reach the poison swamp. The scarab should be on a small island in the middle of the swamp.

True to its effect description, the Vow of the Indomitable Ash of War grants you an quick invincibility frame when used. However, due its short duration, it is best used against single instances of damage like Radahn's gravity arrow or Astel's opening laser shot.
