The PSZ-12V Bulat Lead Container Blueprint is found south of Rostok in the village of Chystohalivka. Locate it inside the attic of the northeast house.

Head to the northeast house of the area. It should be to your left when you enter the varea via the main road.

Get into the attic of the house by climbing the vehicle beside it. Once near the entrance, watch out for the tripwire trap and disarm it before going in.
