How to Get the Tactical Helmet
At the Underpass Near Rostok
You can find the Tactical Helmet inside a truck at the underpass outside of Rostok. The helmet is sitting on the right side, near two boxes of bullets.
Could Also Be Found Under the Truck
In some cases, the Tactical Helmet would "fall off" the truck and spawn on the ground under it. Check around the truck if you can't find the helmet inside.
