Dropped by the Black Knight Northeast of the Church of the Crusade
The Black Steel Twinblade is obtained by defeating the Black Knight found in an encampment northeast of the Church of the Crusade.
Starting from the Highroad Cross site of grace, head north until you find a camp with a Furnace Golem walking along the road. Hug the west cliff and go up the hill to find an extension of the camp with more soldiers posted. At the top will be a special Black Knight that will drop the Black Steel Twinblade upon defeat.
