Defeat the Omenkiller in Volcano Manor

You can obtain this weapon by defeating an Omenkiller inside Volcano Manor at Mt. Gelmir. There's one in the same area where you can obtain the Albinauric Staff.

From the Prison Town Church Site of Grace, make your way across the roofs you first see, jumping towards the tower-like building and dropping down to the bridge area.

Go up the stairs and left to cross the bridge. From the Man-Serpent's position ahead of you, go into the narrow area to the right to find a ladder. Climb the ladder and straight ahead, there's a gap that you can drop down from into a set of open doors. The Omenkiller is further inside the room.
