How to Preload

This guide will provide steps on how to preload Elden Ring. Read on to know how to preload the game for PC, Xbox, and Playstation and be ready to play as soon as Elden Ring launches!

Preload Steps

For Xbox Users

If you are playing the game via Xbox, preloading is available now!

Step 1
xbox store
Find Elden Ring by searching via the Search button, or by going to the "Coming Soon" section in the Games tab.
To preload the game via the Xbox mobile app for iPhone and Android, log in with your Xbox account and scroll down to the "Coming Soon" section.
Step 2 Select Install and wait for it to finish.
Step 3 On its release date, it will be available for you to play!

For Playstation and Steam Users

Preloading the game will be available 48 hours before release day.

Please note that release times are different per region.
