From the Impassable Greatbridge site of grace in Caelid (near Redmane Castle), head west towards a monument of swords. As you near the monument, look right and you should see the Scarab with the Ash of War. It will run off of the cliff, so follow it down and kill it before it disappears.

Cragblade has you plunge your weapon into the ground, sheathing it with rocks using gravity magic. Once infused, this weapon deals additional damage and increased poise damage. This can be used to chain enemy staggers, especially on weapons that already have great poise damage to begin with.
