How to Take Down Walking Mausoleums

Hit The White Skulls on its Legs

Skulls on Mausoleum Legs

When you spot a Walking Mausoleum, look around its legs and search for White Skulls. Attack the skulls to stop the Mausoleum from walking. Once enough skulls have been removed, it will lower itself to ground level, allowing you to enter the Mausoleum.

Jump on Mausoleums With No Skulls on Its Legs

There are 2 Walking Mausoleums with no skulls on their legs. One can be found near the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel and the other can be found at the Deeproot Depths.

To bring these down, you will need to jump up and reach their bodies. For the Liurnia Mausoleum, use the Spiritspring Jump nearby to reach the Mausoleum's body. For the Deeproot Depths Mausoleum, use the large roots next to it to reach its body.

How to Duplicate Remembrances

Enter the Walking Mausoleums and Interact with the Remains

Elden Ring - Remembrance Duplication

To duplicate a Remembrance, enter the Walking Mausoleum you just took down. Inside, interact with the Remains at the center of the room to bring up the Remembrance Duplication menu.

From this menu, you will be able select and duplicate any Remembrance you've obtained during your playthrough. Do note that you can duplicate Remembrances even after you've used them.

All Remembrances and What They Unlock

Each Mausoleum Can Only Duplicate Once

Each Mausoleum can only be used to duplicate a Remembrance once. Once you use a Mausoleum to duplicate a Remembrance, it will become unusable. The only way to use it again is to start a New Game Plus cycle.

Mausoleums with No Bells Cannot Duplicate All Remembrances

The 2 Walking Mausoleums at the Uld Palace Ruins in Liurnia will have no Bells underneath them. These no-Bell Mausoleums will only be able to duplicate Non-Shardbearer Remembrances listed below:

In order to duplicate a Remembrance of a Shardbearer boss, you will need to look for Walking Mausoleums that have bells. The good news is 5 out of 7 will have bells.
