Leaving For Faroth, head southwest. Jump into the Spirit Spring when you reach the cliff and ride up the hill to Church of the Plague.

There is a large statue in the back of the church. Check the glowing light at its feet to get a Sacred Tear.
How to Get Sacred Tears: Effects and Locations
Millicent will be part of Gowry's questline. Once players have the Unalloyed Gold Needle, give it to Millicent to cure her of the Scarlet Rot.
If players visit the Church of Plague before they attain the Unalloyed Gold Needle, Millicent will simply warn them off.
