How to Use Spear Talisman

Attack While Enemy is Attacking

The increased damage of the Spear Talisman will activate when you attack an enemy that is in an attack animation while you're using a weapon with a thrust attack.

While this usually means thrusting swords, there are certain other weapons that do have thrust attacks like the thrust poke of the Greatsword.
