This weapon can be obtained from a chest in Sellia Hideaway, behind an Illusory Wall. The wall can be found before the boss room, behind a corpse holding Preserving Boluses.

How to Use Crystal Spear
Scales with Dexterity, Intelligence, and Strength
The Crystal Spear has a B scaling in Dexterity and a D scaling in Strength and Intelligence at +10. The Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom which raises Dexterity by +5 can further increase the damage of your attacks by raising this stat.
The Magic damage of the weapon scales with the Intelligence attribute and can be increased with the Stargazer Heirloom which raises your Intelligence by +5.
Weapon Skill can Break Guard
This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War and is equipped with Charge Forth weapon skill by default. This skill performs a charge forward ending in a powerful thrust attack. Holding the button will allow you to travel a much greater distance. The thrust attack will send enemies flying backward, downing them which leaves them open for a wake up attack. Additionally this can break an enemy's guard if they are low on Stamina when the attack connects.
