Finish Igon's Questline and Defeat Bayle Together
Igon's Armor can be obtained by doing Igon's Questline. You have to summon him for the final fight against Bayle the Dread right at the end of the quest. After defeating Bayle, head back to his previous location at the Foot of the Jagged Peak.
