Bloody Helice Location

Obtained from a Chest in the Writheblood Ruins

The Bloody Helice is obtained by defeating the Sanguine Noble boss in the Writheblood Ruins and then looting the chest at the end of the boss area. These ruins are located in the northern section of the Altus Plateau.

You can get to this region by passing through the Ruin-Strewn Precipice dungeon, or obtaining both the Left and Right side of the Dectus Medallion and using them to activate the Grand Lift of Dectus.

Elden Ring - Get to the Writheblood Ruins in Altus Plateau
The Writheblood Ruins is located in the northern part of the Altus Plateau region. You can get to this region by either passing through the Ruin-Strewn Precipice dungeon, or using the Grand Lift of Dectus.

Elden Ring - Defeat the Sanguine Noble and Loot the Chest
Defeat the Sanguine Noble boss found beneath the southeastern ruined building and loot the chest at the end of the boss arena to get the Bloody Helice.
