Bloody Helice Location

Obtained from a Chest in the Writheblood Ruins

The Bloody Helice is obtained by defeating the Sanguine Noble boss in the Writheblood Ruins and then looting the chest at the end of the boss area. These ruins are located in the northern section of the Altus Plateau.

You can get to this region by passing through the Ruin-Strewn Precipice dungeon, or obtaining both the Left and Right side of the Dectus Medallion and using them to activate the Grand Lift of Dectus.

Defeat the Sanguine Noble boss found beneath the southeastern ruined building and loot the chest at the end of the boss arena to get the Bloody Helice.
