Unlock Heretical Rise by Solving the Falling Snow Puzzle

The entrance to Heretical Rise is blocked by a wall of fog the first time you try to enter. To the left of the steps, make sure to check the Imp statue first so you can receive the following hint to opening the tower:

Invisible Bridge Location

After checking the Imp statue in front of Heretical Rise, fast travel to the Freezing Lake Site of Grace and head northwest up the hill to the broken bridge. Step out onto the gap and you'll be standing on an invisible bridge. Head straight until you're about halfway to the tower on the other side, then veer left. Look for spots in the air where frost is forming on the invisible bridge. You can also shoot arrows to find where the path continues.

Obtain Founding Rain of Stars

Once in the Heretical Tower, head up the steps, take the lift, then the next set of steps (watching out for the enemy on the last set of steps), then open the treasure chest in the room at the top of the tower to get the Founding Rain of Stars Sorcery.
