Obtained by Trading the Remembrance of the Blood Lord With Enia

Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear can be obtained by beating Mohg, Lord of Blood and getting the Remembrance of the Blood Lord. You can then turn in the Remembrance to Enia at the Roundtable Hold to get the weapon.

Mohg, Lord of Blood is fought in Mohgwyn Palace in Siofra River. You can reach this legacy dungeon by completing White Mask Varre's questline or through a portal in the Consecrated Snowfield.

How to Reach Mohg, Lord of Blood

1 Mohgwyn Palace cannot be entered by normal means and can only be reached through teleportation.

① The easiest way to reach it is to complete White-Faced Varre's questline and teleport straight to the palace with the Pureblood Knight’s Medal.

② The other way requires obtaining the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left) and Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) and hoisting the complete secret medallion on the Grand Lift of Rold to reach a mini dungeon that leads to the Consecrated Snowfield. You can then travel to the west side of the snowfield and find the portal northwest of Yelough Anix Tunnel.

If you used the Pureblood Knight's Medal, you will be transported directly to the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance, but if you went through the Consecrated Snowfield, you will have to loop around the sub-region to reach the legacy dungeon.

Follow the path south until you reach a bunch of praying enemies (past the giant lump of flesh), then enter the mausoleum to your right.
4 Take out your Lantern as you won't find any source of light inside other than signs written by other players.

1. Head west then turn right at the fork.
2. Follow the path until you come across a huge tombstone. From here, walk northwest up the stairs.
3. Lastly, turn northeast and move forward until you see a door that leads back outside.

Walk south to find a group of Albinaurics. Ignore them and take the lift to your right.
