Take the Spirit Spring in the southern marshes and land on the southern plateau. Head south until you see the Evergaol, a large circular disc on the ground with a portal in the middle. Step into the portal and you'll be given to option to be transported to Malefactor's Evergaol.

Adan will cast multiple Flame of the Fell God spells, covering the area in fire and making it difficult to get in close enough for an attack. The best thing to do when he's focused on casting spells is to run up to him and bait him into ditching spells in favor of his flail. The fight is much easier when you don't have to worry about constant explosions.
