Dropped by a Scarab to the south west of the Siofra River Well in Limgrave's Mistwood (past the Minor Erdtree). From the Mistwood Outskirts site of grace, head south east to find the Scarab.

How to Use Ground Slam

Used to Deal AoE Damage

Ground Slam lifts you up into the air before slamming you down to deal AoE damage. This is best used against large groups of enemies or against bosses since it deals decent Poise damage per hit.
