Dropped by a Scarab to the north west of the Agheel Lake South site of grace. You will see it in the distance sitting atop the shallow waters near the shore. It will be guarded by a Large Crab, with 2 more appearing once you are near enough.

Default Ash of War for the Uchigatana
Unsheathe is also the default Ash of War of the Uchigatana. This weapon can be looted from a corpse at the Deathtouched Catacombs in Limgrave, or obtained as a starting weapon for the Samurai class.
How to Use Unsheathe
Used to Deal Poise Damage with Modified Attacks
Holding down the Ash of War button (L2) will put you into the Unsheathe stance. While in this stance, you can either press the attack button (R1) to perform a swift horizontal slash, or the strong attack button (R2) to do a vertical slash move. These hits deal a lot of poise damage, allowing you to stagger enemies when cast consecutively.
