From the Third Church of Marika site of grace in Limgrave, head north and cross the small river. The Scarab that drops Sacred Blade will appear on the slope right before the spiritspring.

Sacred Blade can be used to deal a ranged Holy attack while simultaneously imbuing your weapon with Holy damage. Both the projectile and the Holy infused weapon are perfect for dealing with Skeletons since they don't revive when killed by buffs that are effective against Those Who Live in Death.
