what's the point of this character other than carlotta,jinshi,camellya/havoc rover or whatever even then shorekeeper with my carlotta/camellya and verina with jinshi is good enough i also pulled both roccia and phoebe this character is useless

Also, Verina is paired with Jinhsi, and Canta, which is also misleading. Jinhsi's rotation is 12 seconds while the cooldown on Canta's skill 3 is 18 seconds. Leading to not getting her outro skill every rotation. Zhezhi/Yuanwu are also a significantly better sub-dps. For that reason, she's a healer with Rejuvenating

AGAIN we're getting trolled by Game8 for bad builds. In this case it's recommending Midnight Veil over Empyrean or Moonlit. Neither Camellya nor havoc Rover want a sub-dps that doesn't buff their basic attack damage. Both Sanhua and Roccia are much better options. Canta is much more suited for Carlotta. The only other DPS she could be paired with is Jinhsi as a healer. Instead of Verina. Presumably we'll get a havoc DPS that she pairs well with, but for now that's all she's good for.
