Crafted from Ancient Dragon Knight's Cookbook 2

The Ancient Dragon Knight's Cookbook 2 can be found in a chest inside the Scorpion River Catacombs. Make your way to the second level of the catacombs, and then drop to the lower bridge on the section with two overlapping bridges. At the end of the lower bridge, you would see a ladder that would take you to the chest containing the cookbook.
