Descend to Rabbath's Rise from Shaman Village

Elden Ring - Spellmachinist

The Spellmachinist's Bell Bearing is obtained at the top of Rabbath's Rise. Starting from Shaman Village, head southeast and drop down the ledges until you reach a balcony. Once inside, drop down into the libray and loot the corpse by the bookshelf.

This is also the same area where you can get the Jolan and Anna Spirit Ash during Jolan's quest line.
