The Retaliatory Crossed-Tree can be obtained from Leda after helping her take down Ansbach as part of their questlines. To trigger this event, you must first take down Hornset with Leda and progress Ansbach's story until he transfers to the Specimen Storehouse in the Shadow Keep.
Once you have everything in order, talk to Leda at Highland Cross again, and she will tell you about her plan to go after Ansbach. Return to the library in the Specimen Storehouse where Ansbach is located, and you will see two summon signs. Choose the red summon sign to help Leda kill Ansbach.
After taking down Ansbach, visit Leda at the Highland Cross Site of Grace to receive the talisman.
Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC
Obtaining this talisman requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.
After defeating the required bosses, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
