The Spider Scorpion Ashes can be found on a corpse in the Ruah Ancient Ruins. From the Viaduct Minor Tower Site of Grace, follow the path on the right until you reach the ruins. Make your way down until you reach an area with three lootable items guarded by a Spider Scorpion.

Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree - Mesmer

Obtaining this Spirit Ash requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.

Afterwards, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
