The Dried Bouquet talisman can be obtained from a corpse located in an alter near the Stagefront Site of Grace. From the Site of Grace, make your way down the spiral staircase. On the stairs leading out of the tower, before reaching a huge tree, you will see a broken railing where you can drop down.
Proceed down the pile of rubble, and at your back you should see a hidden room. At the end of the room, you will see a door leading to the altar, where the talisman is located.
Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC
Obtaining this talisman requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.
After defeating the required bosses, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
