The Shadow Sunflower Blossom can be obtained by beating Scadutree Avatar and securing their Remembrance. You can then turn in the Remembrance to Enia at the Roundtable Hold to get the Shadow Sunflower Blossom.

Note: Boss Remembrances only grant you one of the two items on use. If you want to get both, make sure to duplicate the Remembrance using one of the many Walking Mausoleums found in the game.
