Afterwards, visit Enia at the Roundtable Hold and then receive the power from the Remembrance for this incantation.

How to Use Vortex of Putrescence

Equip the Sorcery and Use a Staff

To cast the Vortex of Putrescence sorcery, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Vortex of Putrescence sorcery and the Staff you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Staff to cast the Vortex of Putrescence sorcery.
