Defeat Ulcerated Tree Spirit in Sunken Chapel

The Mantle of Thorns incantation can be obtained from defeating the Ulcerated Tree Spirit near the Sunken Chapel Site of Grace.

To get to the Sunken Chapel, you will need to drain the flood in the Church District via a lever in the area.

How to Use Mantle of Thorns

Equip the Sorcery and Use a Staff

To cast the Mantle of Thorns sorcery, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Mantle of Thorns sorcery and the Staff you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Staff to cast the Mantle of Thorns sorcery.
